Dylan sneaked one in before the holidays!  The theme was announced on Thursday, Dec 07,  2006 so DVC#7 is under way!  Don't make Santa put you on his naughty list; sign up now!

For those who weren't around last holiday season, we are again running the December edition of The DV Challenge as a charity event. Every other time, it is free to sign up for The DVC. This time, well, it's still free, but with a healthy dose of guilt by yours truly to donate to our charity pool.  Last year we raised $525 which went to a great cause that winner Lorinda Norton chose, HOPE HOUSE in the little town of Marsing, Idaho.  As you'll see if you go to the Web site, they take in kids who have nowhere else to go, provide them a loving "home" and help them become productive and [hopefully] happy members of society.

 This year, we're hoping we can match or beat last year's total!  As well as feeling good about donating, you will also get your name highlighted in our winner's thread, so you can brag about it later.

A few things will change on this challenge, one time only!
1) You can join in even AFTER the theme has been posted!
2) The deadline is the night of Sunday, December 17th but this time only the limit will be a little more flexible.
3) The rules on using previously shot footage will be waived!
4) Possibly one other rule will be changed, but I'm not telling which.
